Hello My Name Is...

Mrs. Mauldin

I'm so excited to start another year at Apison! I'm looking forward to getting to know each of my new students and families in the days and weeks to come. This year marks my 24th year of teaching and during my years I’ve taught 2nd through 5th grades. My teaching career began in my hometown of Birmingham, Alabama; where I taught 3rd grade for one year. I came to Hamilton County in 2008 from Tallahassee, Florida, where I taught for a total of 8 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in Education.  My belief is that a good learning experience is built on a cooperative effort among parent, child, and teacher. I look forward to the work and growth we will all accomplish this year.
