Information about Whiteboards

AES @ Home Parents,

Many times during instruction, students use whiteboards with dry erase markers during lessons. This will be the case with AES @ Home as teachers work with students remotely. 

Please use this LINK if you would like to purchase a white board like the one pictured below. I have linked Amazon, but these can be purchased at Office Depot, Staples, etc.

Whiteboards can also be made from shower board (purchased at Home Depot or Lowe’s). The links below provide several examples of how you can create your own whiteboard for use at home.

Kindergarten Supply List

  • Backpack
  • Folder (Made by MEAD – Stayput 5 Star plastic folder found at Office Depot or Walmart)
  • 12 “Fat” Pencils with erasers (1 pack)
  • 4 boxes of Crayola crayons (no other brands- 24 count or less)
  • 20 glue sticks
  • Fiskar Blunt Tip Scissors
  • Pencil Box (8” x 5”)
  • 2 reams of copy paper
  • 1 pack dry erase markers  (black or blue)
  • 1 pack dry erase markers (variety of colors)
  • Headphones
  • 1 pack white card stock
  • 1 box zipper style sandwich bags
  • Crayola 10 pack Classic Washable Color Markers
  • Small dry-erase board

  • Small cookie sheet (to use with magnetic letters)
